On site but may have flexibility to be hybrid. Your Impact Reporting to the North America Controller, this role plays a key part in supporting financial operations for our manufacturing facility, while also leading strategic ad hoc projects for senior leadership. Core responsibilities include ensuring robust financial controls, managing month-end close processes, overseeing inventory transactions, and contributing to the development of annual budgets. What You’ll Be Doing:

Complete the monthly close procedures which include preparation and/or review of journal entries, account reconciliations, analytical procedures, and performing key financial controls Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial results and provide accurate secondary reporting for management including monthly financial highlights as required Monitor daily inventory transactions and perform periodic inventory updates as needed Support the Controller during the audits by providing documentation for audit requests and answering auditor questions Monitor the company’s internal control framework and ensure compliance with those controls Identify and implement process improvements Assist with the integration of merger & acquisition activities Support operations with annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly analysis Be a change agent for process improvement and efficiencies Other tasks as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar related field 6+ years of progressive accounting experience – including manufacturing accounting Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills required) Experience with Infor M3 ERP system a plus Supervisory experience preferred Works well under moderate supervision with the ability to multi-task Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Intellectually curious and driven for success Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail while meeting deadlines
