Position Summary We are seeking a hybrid Sales and Finance Manager to lead our sales team, close deals, and guide customers through the financing process. This is a key leadership role that requires strong coaching skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results without high-pressure tactics. You’ll work closely with ownership to shape strategy and culture as we grow.
