Job Description
Description We are on the hunt for a skilled Operations Finance Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Rockwood, Tennessee, 37854, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with handling cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as managing inventory control and cycle counts. You will also work closely with the plant manager to boost profitability. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify areas for financial improvement.
- Utilize Power BI and Microsoft Excel to process and analyze data.
- Handle standard cost accounting tasks and work with Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Manage and perform regular cycle counts and inventory control tasks.
- Collaborate with the plant manager to enhance profitability in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure all budget processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform regular auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of budgeting and forecasting activities.

- Proficiency in Power BI is required.
- Must have a strong understanding and knowledge of Accounting Functions.
- Experience with Budget Processes is necessary.
- Ability to perform Budgeting and Forecasting tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting is essential.
- Experience in Manufacturing Cost Accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Standard Cost Accounting is required.
- Ability to perform Cost Analysis effectively.
- Experience with Cycle Count is desirable.
- Auditing skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed.
- Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) is a plus.
