We are seeking talented Partners tohelp grow the firm from both a financial standpoint, along with acultural one. HHM promotes the philosophy of working Partners thatare billable and are in the trenches with their colleagues.
Partnership positions are available in: Tax, Audit, Dealership. Weare located in Chattanooga, TN, Memphis, TN, Cleveland, TN andPensacola, FL.RESPONSIBILITIES Act as an expert on tax review and planning with varying levelsof complexity to generate solutions and exceed clientexpectations. Review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returnsfor a variety of diverse clientele. Managing, developing, and mentoring members of the taxteam. Achieve sustained value by originating and/or maintainingclient relationships for the firm. Contribute to the development of employees through mentorship,training, and stretch goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years in public accounting firms combined with advancedacademic qualifications; active CPA (current and valid licenserequired). Experience with the tax aspects of business transaction issues,including shareholder transactions, mergers and acquisitions,executive compensation, leverage buyouts, etc. Absolute integrity, forthrightness, andtransparency.
