Accounting Manager Position Available In Williamson, Tennessee

Description Our growing client is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team in Brentwood, Tennessee. This is a contract-to-hire position where you will play a key role in financial reporting, management reporting, and supporting accounting functions during a period of organizational transition. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and management reports with precision and attention to detail.
• Offer critical support to the Corporate Accounting team during a legal entity restructuring project.
• Provide interim coverage for team members on leave, as needed.
• Assist with foreign currency revaluation processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Contribute to acquisition accounting and related financial activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex accounting challenges.
• Utilize ERP systems, including D365, to streamline financial operations.
• Prepare and review disclosures for SEC reporting and other compliance requirements.
• Implement and maintain financial controls to support business restructuring efforts. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA certification or active candidacy preferred.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting and footnote preparation strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with foreign currency revaluation processes.
• Familiarity with acquisition accounting and legal entity restructuring.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly D365.
• Advanced skills in financial reporting, auditing, and management reporting.
