Job Description
A client of ours is looking to hire an Accounting Manager within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Revenue Assurance line of business. In this role, you will manage daily and monthly financial reconciliations, support treasury-related tasks, and ensure compliance with FBO (For Benefit Of) account regulations. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Assurance and regularly collaborate with Treasury, Operations, FP&A, and Risk Management teams.

Role Responsibilities:
Managing daily and monthly financial reconciliations, focusing on revenue assurance and compliance with corporate payment structures Collaborating with Treasury to provide daily balance reports and assist in managing FBO accounts Ensuring compliance with regulations related to FBO accounts and maintaining strong internal controls Evaluating and optimizing month-end close processes, focusing on process automation and accuracy improvement Coordinating with Treasury, Operations, and FP&A teams to reconcile accounts and manage financial inquiries Partnering with Internal and External Audit, Divisional Controllers, and Divisional Leadership to ensure financial integrity Continuously reviewing and maintaining adherence to financial close calendars and compliance with internal controls
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience is required Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365); familiarity with Power BI is a plus Ability to identify variances, solve problems proactively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
