Job Description
Interim Acccounting Manager Consultant LBMC Staffing Solutions Brentwood, TN 37027 • Hybrid work Our client in Brentwood, TN has an immediate need for an Interim Accounting Manager-level Consultant to support the accounting team during a critical transition period. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office. This project is expected to last six weeks to 2 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Support month-end close process Prepare and review complex journal entries Complete detailed account reconciliations across various general ledger accounts Prepare and file sales and use tax returns for multiple states Assist with special projects and provide hands-on accounting support as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of general ledger accounting experience , including some prior supervisory or team lead exposure Ability to operate independently with limited onboarding or supervision Intermediate Excel skills required ( pivot tables and VLOOKUPs ) Experience with Sage Intacct is a strong plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, proactive, and able to integrate quickly into a fast-paced environment
