Revenue Accounting Manager | Two Days in Office Position Available In Williamson, Tennessee

LHH is excited to partner with a mid-size organization to fill a Revenue Accounting Manager position! This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with two days in the office, great work-life balance, a broad scope of responsibilities and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilitis:

Prepare and review monthly revenue entries, posting upon approval Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with revenue cycle and clinical operations teams to analyze data and prepare reports Review and verify revenue records, accounts receivable, and liabilities, reporting any discrepancies Prepare general ledger and bank account reconciliations Analyze financial reports and records, recommending appropriate financial transactions Prepare schedules and documentation for external auditors Assist in preparing financial and operating reports Interpret and communicate financial reports to managers Document and support various accounting projects Support the Controller and Finance team in analyzing business segments to identify actions that increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance efficiencies Assist in maintaining the 13-week cash flow model and forecast by analyzing trends in payables, receipts, and general ledger activity

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience Healthcare revenue experience required Financial reporting experience required
