Job OverviewThe Support Finance Administrator helps achieve department goals by planning and executing key job functions. This role regularly interacts with operations business partners to ensure alignment on expense forecast assumptions. As the company and MCCS advance toward a more automated environment using Anaplan, BI dashboards, and other technological tools, the Support Finance Administrator manages a combination of analytical responsibilities and process-oriented tasks.

What You Will Do Prepare forecasts and analyze their reasonability. Track and explain changing assumptions and month-over-month variances. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly communications with business partners. Execute ROF and weekly close priorities, including submitting journal entries as needed. Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Skills You Will NeedFinancial Forecasting & Analysis•Expertise in preparing, analyzing, and validating forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Business Communication & Collaboration•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with business partners and ensure alignment across teams.

Process Execution & Accounting Support•Experience in executing ROF and weekly close priorities, including submitting journal entries as needed.

Adaptability & Time Management•Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adjust to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Autonomous Work Ethic•Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, particularly in a remote setting.

Technology & Data Proficiency•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred; familiarity with Anaplan, BI dashboards, and other financial tools is a plus.

Who You Are Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply. 2-3 years of related experience preferred. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision. Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
