Up to $120k + bonus Our client is looking for a technology focused financial controller to join their family owned company and be a strategic partner within the organization. This person will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including management and financial reporting, all while optimizing the use of financial tools to be efficient and effective. This role is crucial for providing strategic financial guidance and support to senior management. Job Description Manage and oversee all financial accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger. Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team. Analyze variances between actuals and budget, providing recommendations for corrective action when necessary. Mentor, train, and develop staff to support the company’s growing needs. Qualifications Accounting Degree is required. 5+ years of relevant experience
