Accounting Support Specialist (Contract-to hire)
Our client is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role has a visible impact on daily financial outcomes and offers an exciting challenge to those who take pride in precision and ownership.
Compensation Up to $24/hour What You’ll Be Doing Receiving and processing incoming funds
Depositing checks and extracting bank documentation
Cleaning up and organizing financial documents
Reconciling deposits with bank data to ensure accuracy
Using multiple software platforms to input and track data
Working in spreadsheets to extract, input, and verify financial information
Maintaining same-day processing timelines for high-volume transactions What You’ll Need to be Considered 3+ years of accounting support experience
Experience working with high-volume transaction environments
Familiarity with remote deposit or reconciliation tools (a plus)
