Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is to ensure the financial requirements of the Specialty Care Management department are addressed. This includes internal financial processes, such as funding Global Cash Cards, paying invoices, providing documentation as needed for external program finance concerns, preparing monthly billing statements for each employer group, and reconciling the credit card statements to match claims and entries in the department database. This position maintains the relationships with external travel vendors, such as hotels and shuttle companies and reviews and negotiates contracts. This position reports to the Finance and Hospitality Manager.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review, validate and maintain financial and other records as they relate to client specific programs. Timely reconciliation of accounts. Submitting client billing based on billing parameters. Quarterly reporting. Build Global cash profiles and fund Client expense cards. Provide ACH funding and repayment. Provide E-review list to finance through claims systems. Identify errors in invoices/data and work to resolve. Act as a resource for all members of finance team. Help develop and guide workflow processes. Help develop and facilitate policies. Audit of all financial records and areas to maintain accurate accounting.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent. Excerience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field. 3+ years in finance area, including account payable or accounts receivable.
