Job Description:
- The ProgramFinance Analyst position will be responsible for the financialmanagement, review, and forecasting of assigned programs.
- Theypartner with program management and project teams to analyze andunderstand their financial position.
- The Analyst will preparequarterly, monthly, and weekly financial reports, both internal andexternal as required, validate Actual cost reporting, supportmonthly closing activities, support establishment and maintenanceof project baselines and forecasts, and be responsible for projectsetup and maintenance with the financial systems.

EssentialFunctions:
- Reviewing and preparing project billings to ensure customerinvoices are accurate Managing the invoicing process on different contract typesworking with the billings team: CPFF, FFP, FIFP, and possiblyT&M.
Sending reminders for overdue payments and communicating withProgram Managers and customers regarding outstanding balances. Collaborating with Program Managers, Contracts, andinternal/external customer to provide exceptional customersupport. Generating insightful reports and analysis for management. Compiling data to evaluate the organization’s financialperformance. Identifying trends, potential risks, and areas forimprovement. Help identify, generate, and ensure the proper recording anddocumentation of any required correcting entries Proactively work with Program Management and the project teamin supporting the programs’ financial performance andrequirements Creating and maintaining projects within SAP, FCSTGov, andCobra financial systems, consistently in accordance with companyprocedure Supports the maintenance of the financial forecasts: Estimatesat Completion (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), workingwith the project team as needed to obtain inputs to meetdeadlines Provide recommendations on financial performance projections tomanagement based on business knowledge and experience Other special projects as directed by management such asreconciliations, cleanup of migrated or closed projects, etc

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevantexperience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of priorrelated experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years ofprior related experience. Detail-oriented with ability tomulti-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-pacedenvironment Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,specifically Excel US citizenship required.
