We are an established financial services firm that partners with top-tier financial advisors, CPAs and Estate Planning Attorneys specializing in retirement and estate planning. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, client-centered strategies that ensure peace of mind and long-term financial security. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us expand our reach, strengthen our client relationships, and support our advisors through innovative marketing and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain prospects, new clients, and existing clients. Execute and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, and paid ads. Assist financial advisors in developing personalized marketing and outreach strategies tailored to their client base. Coordinate and manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring regular, professional, and engaging content. Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations (PowerPoint), newsletters, and email campaigns. Analyze marketing performance metrics and recommend optimizations. Maintain CRM systems and contribute to a smooth, consistent client experience. Collaborate with advisors to support client education events, webinars, and seminars.

Qualifications:
Preferred:

Licensed in Life Insurance and Securities (FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 65/66).

Experience:

3+ years in a sales and/or marketing role within the financial services industry. Proven success in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with marketing automation tools, CRMs (Redtail, Sales Force, HubSpot), and social media scheduling tools is a plus. Self-starter with excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
