Sr.Revenue Systems Project lead Position Available In Broward, Florida

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Revenue Systems Project Lead to join our team in Dania, Florida. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to optimize financial systems and revenue processes, ensuring smooth operations across multiple teams and locations. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, you will drive impactful projects that enhance revenue tracking, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and execution of revenue system projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate system needs, design solutions, and manage testing and implementation phases.
• Conduct detailed analysis of current revenue processes to identify and implement improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and controls.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for financial workflows, policies, and system configurations.
• Provide training and ongoing support to teams managing onboard financial operations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and deliver detailed status reports to senior leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflows and enhance system functionality.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 15% to support financial operations and ensure successful project outcomes. Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading finance or systems-related projects in dynamic, multi-team environments.
• Strong expertise in revenue analysis, recognition accounting, and compliance with financial controls such as SOX.
• Proficiency in workflow analysis, documentation, and cross-functional project management.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement system strategies that drive operational excellence.
• Skilled in training and supporting operational teams both remotely and on-site.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Familiarity with financial systems within the hospitality, travel, or cruise industries is highly preferred.
• Capability to analyze cash flow, coding classifications, and utilize advanced tools for ad hoc analysis.
