Job Description

Overview This position provides support to the Equipment Finance credit application process. Processes and prepares closing documents for Equipment Loans in accordance with the Bank lending policies, procedures, regulatory compliance and secondary market requirements. Verifies accurate and complete documentation for applications received. Responsibilities Business Support

  • Develops and maintains a current in-depth knowledge of all equipment financing policies, guidelines, and programs and responds to related inquiries. Responds to all telephone inquiries pertaining to loan related issues. Processing
  • Processes and prepares documents for loan applications for submission to underwriting. Compiles required disclosures in compliance with bank policies and procedures. Compliance
  • Understands and complies with all applicable federal, state, local and bank rules and regulations. Participates in necessary compliance training. Documentation
  • Generates and reviews all closing documents to ensure information on the instruments is accurate, complete and consistent with the loan approval.

Collects and processes closing documents for loan files. Verifies all information is complete/accurate based on loan approval. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in

Sales, Customer Service, or Operations Additional Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven attention to detail Ability to build strong internal and external relationships Business professional phone etiquette Documentation processing experience Desire to learn and grow with receptivity to coaching

Preferred Qualifications:
