Job Description:
The CashPro Consultant acts as a seasoned, proficient technical liaison between systems to train, educate, and support LATAM clients. This role is the first point of contact for inquiries received by the LATAM (Brazil) Client Servicing department from high-revenue clients, via email or phone.
Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables Act as liaison between business units and software/hardware developers and vendors Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications or systems using new technologies Serve as a proficient technical resource for projects and special initiatives Analyze client requests related to treasury, cash management, card, and/or depository products, and determine appropriate handling and resolution Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve client issues and provide technical support Engage confidently in discussions with clients Navigate multiple systems while interacting with clients Maintain accountability for technical knowledge and performance, typically as an individual contributor
Required Skills:
IT degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or banking services (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in the banking/financial industry 1+ years of customer-facing experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to an audience Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment Skilled at collaborating across different levels and backgrounds within the organization Self-motivated and able to work independently; knows when to escalate Receptive to feedback and ongoing coaching Comfortable with change and learning new technologies or processes Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve client inquiries Capable of providing positive customer experiences through creative solutions Confident initiating conversations, building rapport, and handling objections effectively #TM2
