Finance Officer Mech-Tech College 8620 South Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32809 Job Overview The Finance Officer & Accounting Assistant is responsible for managing the efficient collection of student and agency payments, preparing accurate financial documentation, and providing support to the Accounting Department. This role ensures compliance with institutional policies and financial aid programs while maintaining exceptional customer service for students and stakeholders. Duties Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Monitor cash flow and financial performance Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Assist the Accounting Department with reporting, reconciliations, and general administrative duties.
