This role will be instrumental in cultivating and evolving client relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL

DO… Customize implementation elements, training, and programs to align to individual client needs Develops, schedules, and conducts implementation and training meetings, both onsite with a client and remotely Conduct workflow analysis meetings across HIM and billing departments at hospitals Maintains a great relationship with assigned clients Maintain comprehensive documentation related to all EHR implementation activities, including obstacles or issues encountered in efforts to reduce repeat errors and redundancies Assists the implementation team with developing training materials Assists in the implementation process of system upgrades and update training curricula Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate resolutions for issues or obstacles pertaining to software applications Perform other duties as assigned Up to 50% travel

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS YOU WILL

BRING… Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (preferred), with practical application in hospital Health Information Management (HIM), billing, and coding settings Hands-on medical billing experience, with a strong understanding of Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) – Behavioral Health experience is a plus Proven expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance claims processing (both paper and electronic) Deep knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems, as well as the ability to interpret EOBs/ERAs, and submit

(HCFA) and UB04 claims Proficient in posting payments, processing refunds, and working with General Ledger Strong grasp of patient accounting and the revenue cycle, including the full claim lifecycle Demonstrated experience in developing clinical workflows, documentation standards, and processes that support program objectives Skilled in training and educating clinical staff and end-users on software features and functionality Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across various organizational levels Strong customer service orientation and adept in managing client relationships High level of technical proficiency, especially with web-based and SaaS applications Agile and adaptable professional, able to pivot quickly to align with the needs of physicians, administrators, and executive leadership
