Job Summary The Student Accounts Coordinator will manage all aspects of student financial accounts, including billing, payment processing, and financial aid coordination. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding account inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely communication of financial information. Responsibilities Job Duty 1

  • Manage the billing process for student accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely processing of payments, including tuition, fees, and other charges. Job Duty 2
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and families, addressing their concerns and questions regarding financial matters with professionalism and empathy. Job Duty 3
  • Develop and manage payment plan options for students, providing guidance and support to help them navigate their financial obligations. Job Duty 4
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student account records in the financial management system, ensuring data integrity and security. Job Duty 5
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to student accounts and financial transactions, preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed. Job Duty 6
  • Monitor past due accounts and initiate collection efforts in accordance with institutional policies, including communicating with students and parents about outstanding balances. Job Duty 7
  • Perform regular reconciliations of student accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Job Duty 8
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents regarding account inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about billing, payment options, and account status. Job Duty 9
  • Collaborate with the financial aid office to ensure accurate application of financial aid awards, scholarships, and grants to student accounts. Job Duty 10
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent, related experience; advanced certification may be preferred or required (some profiles may require additional education). Required Experience Four or more years of relevant job experience.

Proposed Salary Annual salary:

$47,872.00
