We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional to join our leadership team and support the district’s financial operations in close collaboration with the Superintendent.

Manage and monitor all district financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Assist the Superintendent with strategic financial planning and analysis. Oversee monthly reconciliations, state reports, and audit preparation. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal fiscal regulations. Coordinate financial data entry and reporting using PCGenesis software. Prepare reports and financial summaries for the Board of Education and stakeholders. Support schools and departments with budget development and fiscal accountability. Provide leadership in the refinement of internal controls and financial procedures
Qualifications:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in school finance, governmental accounting, or budgeting. Familiarity with Georgia education funding formulas and reporting standards. Proficiency in PCGenesis or other financial management software strongly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
