Investment Services Specialist 1 100% Remote Contract for 3months The Investment Services Specialist will process financialplanning , new business and client data / information anddetermines if submission are in-good order or not-in-good order perrequirements. This position is responsible for reconciling andcommunicating pending issues related to Financial Planning NIGOs(Not-in-good-order) while maintaining Service Level Agreement forall Financial Planning new business processing. The InvestmentServices Specialist works directly with Financial clients toreceive credit card payment information for financial planning newbusiness and process payment. The successful candidate in the roleensures client centric response times for Credit card paymentsystem with 70% service level. The Investment Services Specialistis responsible for managing departmental email boxes. This positionrequires problem solving, reconciliation skills and the ability toprocess payments with a high level of accuracy.
The InvestmentServices Specialist also:
Oversees processing of all FinancialPlanning transactions such as check, credit card, brokerage andACH. Processes financial planning field compensation for weeklypayroll. Responsible for responding to inquiries about FinancialPlanning policies and procedures in a clear and timely manner.
Ability to work in multiple systems and mainframes simultaneously.
Performs other duties as required or assigned. Generates systemrelated reports Provide ongoing service ( maintenance/updates torecords as needed Uses sound business judgment to independentlymake decisions pertaining to enforcement of business and companypolicies as well as industry regulations in order to manage risk ofthe business. One plus years of Financial Services industryexperience is required. Two plus years of Financial Servicesindustry experience is preferred. Prior data entry/paymentprocessing experience with high levels of accuracy Prior experiencegenerating reports Excellent communication skills ( written andverbal) Proficiency in updating/creating files within varioussystems Use of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel,) in businessenvironment Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic workplace Priorexperience processing large volume of daily transactions Pleaseonly submit candidates with financial services/insurancebackground. Excellent written and oral communication skills Strongorganizational, analytical, and data entry skills Strong systemsaptitude, capable of learning new systems quickly Excellent Excelexperience including Pivot Tables and Vlookup Function
