Finance Specialist Confidential High Point, NC 27263 The Finance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our manufacturing operations by managing accounts receivable effectively. This position is responsible for monitoring and optimizing cash flow through diligent tracking of customer payments and outstanding invoices. The Finance Specialist will collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and improve billing processes, ultimately contributing to the company’s profitability. Additionally, this role involves preparing financial reports that provide insights into receivables performance, aiding in strategic decision-making. Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field or 5 -7 years accounting experience. Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar financial role. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDFs.

Responsibilities:
