Grant Financial Specialist, Sr Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Overview The Grant Financial Specialist, Sr. reports to the Director, Grant Management and Administration and is responsible for post award project management as well as post award financial tracking and reporting for grants. This position is responsible for obtaining and maintaining knowledge of state and federal grant regulations and administration (for awarded grants) and for maintaining accurate records related to grants. This position will be responsible for tracking spending related to grants, maintaining appropriate documentation and invoicing grantors for funds monthly, as well as providing reporting that tracks grant spending compared to the budgets developed in the grant proposal process. This position provides internal management reporting on grant spending as well as external financial reports required by grantors. This position assists and/or completes grant applications or budgets as directed.
