This position offers a hybrid schedule and is based in Meredith, NH. Electronic Banking Dispute Processing Officer:

$58,00 – $70,000 PRIMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing dispute processing functions and personnel
Ensure daily production and regulatory requirements are satisfied
Works with internal departments, employees and vendors to ensure timely dispute resolution of all transaction types; including, but not limited to, ACH, Check, Debit Card, and Zelle®.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Three years of recent experience supervising or managing dispute-related functions and personnel
Experience performing advanced level dispute processing activities; including, but not limited to, experience performing high-level research, analysis, and issue resolution
Knowledge of Mastercard®, Zelle®, and NACHA Rules, as well as Regulation E, and Regulation CC requirements
