We’re currently hiring (5) Financial Services Collections Specialists on a temp-to-hire basis. Candidates who show strong performance and attendance can transition into a full-time, permanent role with an outstanding bonus and benefits package.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

• no weekends 3 days: 8:30 AM
• 5:00 PM 2 days: 9:30 AM
• 6:30

PM Starting Pay:

$17

• 18/hour base rate Average earnings with bonus: $25
• 28/hour

Position Overview:

Manage a portfolio of 400+ client accounts Make outbound calls to recover delinquent funds on high-balance accounts Maintain compliance with federal and state collection regulations Research and update account details using public and proprietary tools Log interactions accurately and follow up on payment arrangements Represent the company with professionalism and strong communication skills

Qualifications:

1+ year of collections, call center, or sales experience preferred Open to candidates without collections experience who have call center backgrounds and exceptional phone presence Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment Coachable, motivated, and professional High School diploma or GED required Must be able to work onsite in Salem, NH If you are interested, today!
