Manages complex projects orprocesses with general oversight. Communicates within and outsideof own function to gain cooperation on operational processes,practices, and procedures. Makes moderate to substantialimprovements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievementof departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on thedepartmental results. Responsible for all aspects of maintainingthe Earned Value Management data integrity for multiple programsutilizing the Cobra and SAP toolsets including:
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Accounting,Finance, or related analytical field Bachelor’s Degree and minimum6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimumof 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree,minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Experience with
COBRA/SAP
Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications specifically Excel. Expertise in understanding andusing Earned Value Management concepts and processes. Experiencewith risk management, financial management, and work breakdownstructures, change management, cost estimating, configurationmanagement and system surveillance, operations, and procurement.
Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations,ANSI-748-D, EVMIG, and NDIA Intent Guides. US citizenship required.
Preferred Additional Skills:
