Job Description
Job Duties
- Monitoring financial operations of the company on a daily basis
- Support the bookkeeping process by organizing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, including maintaining accurate employee records and calculating payroll taxes
- Help prepare basic financial statements and reports, ensuring they are compliant with professional standards
- Interact with clients to gather necessary financial information and provide assistance with inquiries related to services
- Review financial data to identify discrepancies or issues and assist in resolving them
- Assist in gathering and organizing necessary financial documents for tax filings and ensuring deadlines are met.
Special requirements:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or a related field.
