Direct support for a financial advisory business Direct communication with clients Coordinate client events Office administration Advocating for client success Driving revenue for financial advisory business Working directly with team members and advisors towards common goals The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills and experience. In addition to base pay, TPS Financial provides medical benefits and paid time off. Qualifications Required qualifications Ability to support a financial advisor with a large book of business Successful business acumen Proficiency and usage of technology and software Confident communication skillset with all levels of management Ability to work and manage several projects, workflows or problem resolutions simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred Financial industry experience a plus Accuracy and Attention to
