Job Description
We’re working with a fast-growing, global organization in search of a talented FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role will be based in New York and reports directly to the Global Head of FP&A. The team spans the U.S., U.K., and Netherlands and is integral to the company’s strategic decision-making and financial leadership. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1-3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or treasury, particularly within the financial services, insurance, or reinsurance industries. It’s a high-visibility, high-impact role that will work closely with business heads and finance leadership to drive insight, performance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and board-level financial reports and dashboards. Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial planning, forecasting, and business strategy. Provide detailed variance analysis, performance metrics, and scenario modeling. Partner with business segments and corporate functions on budgeting and expense management. Contribute to long-term planning and capital allocation strategies. Support continuous improvement of FP&A systems, processes, and reporting.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus. 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles. Experience in financial services, insurance, or reinsurance strongly preferred. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to tools like Adaptive, Cube, Power BI, or Hyperion a plus. Familiarity with
GAAP/IFRS
