Finance Specialist Position Available In Montgomery, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

This is a remote, contract position.

Responsibilities:

Reviewexisting contracts to identify billing terms, pricing, and otherrelevant data involved in Quote-to-cash process. Enter cleaned andvalidated data into new system templates or tools Performrepetitive data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy Workclosely with finance and contracts teams to ensure consistency andcompleteness Ensure quality control during the migration process

Qualifications:

Basic finance or accounting exposure (e.g.,invoicing, accounts receivable, or contract support) Comfortablewith repetitive, task-based work in a structured environment Strongattention to detail and proficiency in Excel Familiarity workingwithin large systems (ERP)

Preferred:

Familiarity with theQuote-to-Cash process

Prior experience working withcontracts, billing, or customer account data
