About Our Growing Practice We’re a client centered financial advisory team experiencing exciting growth. We need a dedicated financial professional to help us maintain our high service standards for many more clients. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with experienced financial advisors in a team environment where your contributions make a real difference in our clients’ financial success. We take our service to our clients very seriously, but we don’t take ourselves very seriously at all. Our team really enjoys coming to work every day. Position Overview We’re seeking a versatile Financial Advisor Support Specialist who will serve dual roles: providing essential tech and admin support to our advisory team and managing day-to-day systems operations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats while supporting meaningful financial planning work. The ability to learn quickly, adapt to an ever-changing environment, and healthy sense of humor are all important.
Key Responsibilities Financial Advisory Support:
Assist with client account management and documentation Support preparation of client presentations and financial plans Coordinate client meetings and follow-up communications Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation Process new account paperwork and transfers Assist with investment research and market analysis projects
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination Handle incoming client communications with professionalism Maintain filing systems and ensure regulatory compliance Coordinate with external partners and service providers Support special projects as our practice continues to grow Technology & Systems Our practice utilizes industry-leading platforms, and we need someone comfortable working with and/or being trained on: Charles Schwab platform and advisor tools Advyzon portfolio management system Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Various financial planning software applications We value team members who embrace technological advancement in the financial industry rather than shy away from it. Training will be provided, but enthusiasm for learning new systems is essential.
Required Qualifications Securities Licensing:
Current securities licenses (Series 7, 63, 66) preferred OR willingness to obtain Series 11 Assistant Representative license Complete support and training for any licensing required
Professional Requirements:
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred No prior financial services experience required – we welcome candidates from various professional backgrounds Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Detail-oriented approach with accuracy in data entry and documentation Seeking a long-term/career position is mandatory
