Job Overview:
Join the Collections department as a member of the CSO Maintenance and Charge-Off Team . This role is essential to supporting accurate transaction processing and driving workflow improvements. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who communicates effectively and is comfortable collaborating across departments while managing moderately complex research and resolution tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify financial transactions accurately Develop, track, and refine workflows for operational efficiency Communicate with internal stakeholders and collections agents to support operational needs Conduct moderately complex research into customer issues and ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate records and documentation of findings and follow-ups Support compliance with departmental policies and operational procedures
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficient with PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving and research capabilities Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities Motivated and proactive with a team-first mindset
