In this role, you’ll work closely with our Director of Acquisitions/VP to evaluate mineral deals, build investment models, and support partnerships with investors and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s passionate about mineral assets and enjoys connecting the dots between data, strategy, and deal execution. The position is in the office. Key Responsibilities Review and refine buyer packages to ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials Prepare, finalize, and manage internal RAC documentation for active deals Update and maintain pricing models and mapping data related to ongoing acquisitions Monitor permitting activity and other relevant development indicators to support deal evaluation Support land and acquisitions teams with deal closings, especially during periods of high volume Help drive process improvements in deal evaluation and reporting workflows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Finance, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in mineral/royalty analysis, acquisitions, or energy transactions Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple active deals at once Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex data into clear insights A team player who’s eager to contribute and learn Additional Attributes Experience working with investors or in a private equity-backed setting Prior exposure to deal execution or closing logistics Why Join Us You’ll be part of a small, driven team working on high-impact deals that shape our portfolio.
