Requirements:
1-3 years of direct experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity. Exceptional financial modeling & analytical skills. Interest and/or ties to the Miami area Job brief: Support investment team in evaluating potential acquisitions through financial modeling, industry research, and due diligence processes. Work closely with portfolio company management to monitor performance, develop strategic initiatives, and assist in operational improvements. Conduct in-depth analysis of target industries to identify new investment opportunities and support thesis development. Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal investment committees and external stakeholders.
