- Research and develop new electricity market trading strategies, improve and expand current trading strategies (R, Python);
- Build, maintain and query database (SQL);
- Build and maintain processes and scripts to pull and integrate data from various sources;
- Process and analyze power market data, and design statistical models to support trading;
- Create position, risk and performance reports to trading team and management.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Mathematics of Finance, Statistics or other quantitative field.
- Two years of experience as Quantitative Analyst in analyzing data of power markets and designing statistical models and implementing algorithmic trading strategies.
- Skills in using data analysis, statistical models, R, Python and SQL database management.
