Currently looking for a Private Debt Associate for a leading private markets investment firm specializing in private equity, private credit, and private real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct due diligence on potential private credit investments, including financial modeling, industry research, and credit analysis.
Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee.
Monitor portfolio investments, including performance tracking, covenant compliance, and risk assessment.
Collaborate with internal teams including legal, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth execution and management of investments.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, leveraged finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
