DUTIES:
Conduct due diligence on a wide range of secondary private equity transactions, including both traditional Limited Partners interests and complex General Partners-led transactions. Perform in-depth analysis of companies, industries and private equity portfolios. Perform financial modeling, financial accounting and company valuation. Assist the senior team in the preparation of due diligence materials, screening and investment committee memos. Monitor and report on firm’s existing investments through regular interaction with fund managers, attending annual meetings of private equity firms, reviewing quarterly financials, and performing portfolio analysis. Conduct special projects, including product development, asset allocation analyses, fund marketing and communications with investor. Actively engage with external parties, such as industry experts, sponsors, investment bankers, as well as various internal parties to enhance due diligence insights.
REQTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience within the investment banking and/or private equity sector in the position offered, or as a Financial Analyst, or a related position. Must have two (2) years of experience with all of the following: Corporate finance and financial modeling; Financial accounting and company valuation; Drafting or analyzing investment committee materials for investment decision and portfolio analysis; Tax due diligence or tax analysis on investments and funds; Conducting due diligence or monitoring of secondary private equity transactions in the US, Europe, and Asia including buyout, growth equity, venture capital, and distressed investments; Private equity fundraising, including meeting and preparing marketing and investment update materials for prospective investors; and Developing GP relationships and network within secondary private equity industry including agents, buyers, and investors.
HOURS:
Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)
SALARY:
$150,000 – $170,000 per year

#LI-DNI Compensation Details The salary range for this role is $150,000-$170,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
