Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage cash flow processes to ensure effective financial planning and resource allocation.
• Lead the implementation or upgrade of large-scale accounting systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company’s financial integrity.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and team performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• 5+ years of Big 4 public accounting/assurance experience required and CPA license strongly preferred
• Proficiency in managing large-scale accounting systems is essential.
• Familiarity with system upgrades or conversions is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in cash flow management and financial planning.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
