Job Description:
At Regions, the Contact Center Priority Banker provides full-service banking to affluent clients through appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions’ financial products and services. Primary Responsibilities Achieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions’ financial products and services
Achieves required levels of inbound/outbound phone calls from the top 10% of Regions customer base
Educates and advises customers on products and services, including all loan and deposit types
Takes ownership of customer issues and works proactively with the customer for resolution
Refers customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized
Completes work with a limited degree of supervision This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is incentive eligible. This position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). Two (2) years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking
Ability to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images
Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone
Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections

Training Work Schedule:
(Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm) Transition to your home office after 90 days if you are in good standing and meeting minimum production standards.
Work Schedule following training:
4 days Monday-Friday 10am-7pm CST (off days Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) AND Saturday or Sunday 8am-5pm CST Off days will be based on business needs Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
