Frontier Customer Representative:

Work with customers in our retail stores to highlight the benefits of Frontiers services Promote Frontier’s high-speed internet solutions, explaining the features and benefits of each package, and confidently closing new customer accounts Build rapport with new customers by asking practical discovery questions, and listen actively to understand their internet needs, budget, and service preferences Recommend the best Frontier packages and customized solutions based on the customer’s unique needs, helping them confidently make informed purchasing decisions Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales, contributing to expanding Frontier’s customer base and internet awareness To provide the most accurate information and stay ahead in the market, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Frontier Internet products, promotions, pricing, and competitive advantages Accurately complete sales documentation and account setup to ensure a smooth transition for customers joining Frontier Internet services Qualifications for

Frontier Customer Representative:

Sales, customer service, or telecommunications experience preferred (not required) Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Positive attitude and a strong desire to grow as a Frontier Customer Representative Help new customers experience the best in internet technology.
