Monday•Friday 40 Hours General Summary Associate will be responsible for the oversight of Metro or Community Banking-related activities within a specified geographic region, including sales and service leadership, expense and credit control management, community involvement, and meeting financial and compliance standards. This position has direct responsibility for employment decisions. This position requires the associate to drive on behalf of the Bank and the associate must adhere to Bank’s Motor Vehicle Guidelines. In compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act, registration in the NMLS Registry is required. All associates at Capital City Bank, Capital City Investments, Capital City Trust Company, Capital City Strategic Wealth, and Capital City Home Loans have access to confidential client information and must practice discretion at all times. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Associate will actively engage in or have responsibility for the following: Identify and define opportunities for growth and development. Develop strategic plans to achieve these objectives in conjunction with corporate goals and plans. Assist in establishing sales goals. Communicates these goals to associates in the market and regularly assesses performance against set goals. Works with Sales Management on sales goals and initiatives; delivers goals and initiatives to the production teams. Sets and utilizes system controls to track assets, deposits and fee income. Monitors size and performance of loan portfolio, and meets compliance and record keeping standards; assesses performance and takes appropriate action to ensure all goals and standards are met. Manages community bankers and/or business bankers, commercial bankers and lending assistants; conducts periodic (quarterly or semi-annual) reviews of all direct reports. Market presidents are expected to be managers and producers who develop and manage their own loan portfolio. Monitors and enforces lending, credit and other policies, consistent with those established by the Bank. Makes salary and incentive recommendations of direct reports. Leads the market production team to meet or exceed production and growth goals (including but not limited to Top of House goals), as well as supporting and referring to business partners. Develops and manages a Community Board in order to assist in the achievement of Metro or Community Banking goals. Manages all client calling efforts in the market. Associate serves as the face of Capital City Bank in the community. Drives the revenue market production incentive plan and is a conduit between Revenue and Delivery. Associates will consistently follow policies and procedures as established by Capital City Bank, Capital City Investments, Capital City Trust Company, Capital City Strategic Wealth, and Capital City Home Loans, with department managers setting the standard. Associated Duties Provides additional support to manager and department colleagues. Completes all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines. Prepares annual and ongoing budgeting and forecasting for the Market. Teams with business partners to meet goals, objectives and incentives, including, but not limited to: Wealth Management (CCI and Trust)

Markets in the top 1/3 of all markets of CCB, related to combined loans and deposits; Manages 2 or more Community Bankers, Business Bankers, or Commercial/CRE Bankers; May manage multiple markets; May manage other Presidents in a peer-to-peer role. Other Considerations for

Experience and/or education Market dynamics Talent Availability President’s Personal Portfolio Competition Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Required The following KSAs are usually acquired through college education with emphasis in business-related courses and 5 years related experience: Superior credit, analytical, communication and managerial skills. Extensive and proven track record in bank administration, lending, and operating procedures. Excellent ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Extensive familiarity with bank products, policies and procedures. High degree of personal integrity and proven leadership. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or related field from an accredited college or university is required. In certain instances, relevant banking experience may substitute for the educational requirement. Working Conditions Professional/office environment. Frequent out-of-office calling and selling efforts. After-hours and community involvement required. Driving on behalf of the bank, as required by the position. In the rare instance of a major or extensive natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic occurrence, or other disruption within our footprint, it may be necessary for associates to relocate or telecommute before, during or after, to ensure business continuity.
