The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, contacting patients to collect outstanding debts, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial processes, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Duties Contact clients via phone and email to collect outstanding payments on accounts. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in financial software.
