Relationship Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 4301 North Federal Highway, Oakland Park, FL 33308 Relationship Manager United Community is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager is responsible for providing lending functions in compliance with financial institution policies and procedures. This role involves developing customer relationships for all deposit products and credit services and supporting all company lines of business through referrals and sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain customer relationships for deposit products and credit services. Use a need-based sales approach to identify and act on sales opportunities. Interview consumer loan applicants, process applications, and notify applicants of decisions. Order credit reports and recommend loan terms. Review, analyze, and package consumer lending requests in accordance with policies. Manage past dues, loan exceptions, and criticized asset reports. Maintain interest rate structures consistent with bank policies. Stay updated on relevant regulations affecting the lending function. Provide high-quality customer service and resolve application-related queries. Mentor colleagues and participate in sales and developmental meetings. Attend and serve in community functions, boards, and committees. Complete NMLS registration and annual renewal, including fingerprinting and background checks. Participate in required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training. Requirements for

Experience in a financial institution and knowledge of its products and services. Understanding of consumer credit structuring and lending practices. Strong interpersonal skills to positively serve customers. Good analytical and communication skills. Proven leadership ability and a sharp business development focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to complete all required compliance training.
