As a Financial Planner within Empower’s dedicated services model, you will provide comprehensive financial wellness and retirement planning for our Large to Mega client base. You will play a critical role in guiding participants throughout all phases of their financial life, delivering tailored advice and solutions that meet their long-term goals. This role emphasizes client engagement, relationship building, and delivering expert consultations aligned with Empower’s mission of financial empowerment.
What you will doDeliver certified, comprehensive financial plans as part of a dedicated team model for large and mega Empower customersEngage participants in needs-based conversations to understand financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions, including Empower products and servicesProvide education and guidance on all aspects of retirement readiness: managed accounts (My Total Retirement), rollovers, investment allocations, savings strategies, HSAs, distribution options, and broader financial wellness topicsAct as an Investment Adviser Representative for Advised Assets Group, reviewing client portfolios and recommending strategies using Empower’s managed account servicesDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with participants, leveraging the CONSULT model to personalize each client experienceConduct proactive outreach to current and former providers on behalf of participants to implement financial decisionsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of interactions using Salesforce and other internal systemsActively participate in training sessions and staff meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices across the teamEducate clients about and enroll them into Managed Account solutions when appropriate.

Base Salary Range$85,600.00
- $120,925.
00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
