Job Description:
This job is responsible for retaining a business banking portfolio, expanding relationships and generating additional revenue from existing clients. Key responsibilities include managing a client portfolio comprised of treasury and/or credit needs to ensure sales, revenue, and retention goals are met. Job expectations include ability to build relationships with the appropriate contacts within the client’s company, analyzing client’s financial/operating strategies and recommending alternative or additional financial services to best meet the client’s immediate/long-term personal/business needs

Implements comprehensive commercial credit and treasury/cash management skills Utilizes excellent sales process skills, including call preparation, execution and follow-up Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills Applies intermediate credit analysis skills Works effectively in a team environment Adapts to changes within the line of business
