In this role, you will be put through our in-depth training program, where you are going to learn financial concepts, solutions, and strategies to guide individuals, families, and business owners to achieve their financial goals and dreams. You will work closely with a trainer to assess the clients’ financial situations, develop plans, and ensure they are well-informed about their options. Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service to clients, adjusting plans as necessary based on changes in their circumstances or market conditions. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to offer the most accurate guidance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Collaborate with other financial professionals to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction. Promote and market in localized areas for expansion and carriers under our platform. Skills/Qualifications Able to work effectively in a team environment, under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information as simple and clear. Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust quickly. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Knowledge of investment products, retirement plans, insurance options, and tax strategies is preferred. Ability to work independently with a supporting team and open to becoming professionally trained. Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Legal U.S. resident, citizen, or work permit with SSN Ability to obtain and complete license requirements within 30 days Accountable with a high level of integrity (critical in this regulated industry) Sales experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right individual.
