Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Banker, serving as a trusted advisor to middle-market and large corporate clients. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial relationships, providing tailored financial solutions while ensuring sound risk management and compliance with regulatory standards. As a key member of the regional banking team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, deliver a superior client experience, and drive business growth. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish , with the ability to effectively engage clients and stakeholders in both languages. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients across diverse industries. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust, performance, and proactive service. Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions, including credit, treasury, trade finance, and other commercial banking services. Lead the onboarding of new clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction and service excellence. Conduct financial and industry analysis to assess creditworthiness, identify risk factors, and structure appropriate lending solutions. Prepare, present, and defend credit proposals and annual reviews in accordance with internal credit policies. Partner with credit analysts and risk teams to ensure timely approvals and renewals. Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client experience. Identify opportunities to deepen relationships within existing accounts and pursue new client prospects through strategic networking and targeted outreach. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in corporate or commercial banking with a strong background in relationship management and credit analysis. Proven ability to manage a complex portfolio of clients with diverse financial needs. Strong understanding of credit structures, financial modeling, and risk assessment. Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a highly regulated environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
