• Deliver results related toindividual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations
• Develop new relationships
• and maintain existing relationships
• working with customers throughout the loan process and loan lifecycle
• Present financial solutions, based on customer needs, thatmeet their goals
• Present customers with optional insuranceproducts
• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of theirloan to ensure a clear understanding
• Learn how to utilize creditunderwriting techniques and sales tools
• Manage the life cycle ofthe loan, including collections activities, complying with all lawsand regulations

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED Preferred:

• Sales,Collections or Customer Service experience
• Bilingual

On site The schedule for this position is Monday-Fridayduring standard business hours, with some extended hours during theweek as needed which may include Saturday.
