Banking Experience Required New Edge Associates is collaborating with a reputable banking partner that is currently hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Corporate Banking & Syndication Loans, SVP in Miami, FL. The Corporate Banking & Syndication Loans, SVP will need to have knowledge in Syndicated loans. This role is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, overseeing end-to-end loan syndication processes, and strengthening the bank’s corporate lending capabilities. Responsibilities Originate, structure, and lead syndicated and bilateral loan transactions. Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and financial institutions. Expand the bank’s presence through active participation in community and industry networking events. Manage the full lifecycle of loan syndication-from origination and structuring to closing and funding. Analyze market trends and determine optimal loan structures based on client needs and risk appetite. Lead negotiations on terms and conditions with borrowers and syndicate participants. Review and discuss credit proposals in collaboration with Analysts and Credit team. Monitor performance of the syndicated loan portfolio and identify potential risks.
